Red Cabbage
Offers a slightly sweet, garden-fresh cabbage flavour. One of the earliest vegetables to be cultivated, full of Vitamin C and very appetising.
Look out for the root hairs that appear in the first few days, these will settle down as they root in. Not to be confused with mould.
